Hey, I’m Lenka.

I help people create more happiness at work.

And I’m glad you’re here!

Someone hating their job has become so common and normalized that it’s almost a default setting. Most people believe that even feeling neutral instead of outright bummed and burned out would be a win - and it would.

So far, I’ve met only very few people who are genuinely passionate about what they do and how they do it, let alone truly love their work. And I think that sucks.

How about we change it, together?

Happiness at work might sound a bit out of reach, I know.

First things first: how?

I have spent 15 years in different corporate environments and jobs, and there are two things I firmly believe in and that I see as possible for everyone, despite the trenches the kindergarten the absolute circus everything that working in a corporate job can be.

1) It’s much easier to be successful at work – and in life – when we feel good about what we do.

In other words, it is easier to be excellent at what we do when we do something that comes easily to us, and that we can do under conditions that we feel good in.

Since you are reading this, it feels safe to assume that to get to this point, your work life might need a change. And yes, that will likely require some effort, but...

2) Change might be uncomfortable, but it doesn’t need to be painful.

Despite what you might be used to, you even get to design it yourself! Yes, every change brings us out of our comfort zone, but the fear of the unknown that often comes with it thrives on ambiguity.

Taking things into your hands allows you to define your own path. A path that not only feels achievable, but one that you can sustainably follow long term.

Are you ready to take the first step?

  • Don’t build your life around your career, build your career around your life.

Because having a life while having a career should not be seen as an unreachable luxury.

About me

My academic background is in work and social psychology. I am a certified flow coach, and I continue to educate myself in neuroscience, neurodiversity-friendly coaching, and positive psychology.

All of this, combined with my 15 years of corporate experience, not only strengthens my confidence in the two key beliefs above but also defines my approach in helping people achieve their goals and improving the levels of happiness they experience at work.

  • "I have known Lenka since before our humble corporate beginnings together and much like many fellow HR professionals there comes a time when we need advice, navigate a tough situation or figure out our own way forward. Where does the doctor go for a check-up type of situation. Throughout the years, in such cases, I talk to Lenka and I can only suggest you do the same."
